Hotel Grande Bretagne aims to enhance tourism in Bellagio

The Hotel Grande Bretagne, a historical gem sitting along the shores of Lake Como in Bellagio, is to officially embark on its restoration process within the next year. The restoration and construction permit has been obtained on July 27th by Grimit (Grandi Immobili Italiani). The restoration of the property, with an estimated budget of 20 million euros, will convert the main building dating from 1860 into a luxury hotel, along with the adjacent features.  The project is signed by Studio MHZ.
