The client asked for the property – a Villa placed on the east bank of the Lake Como – to be converted into a  family holiday destination with a complete renovation of the building and of the ample naturalistic garden. The layout and functions enhance the views and paths to the outdoors: porch, balconies terraces give new life to the en plein air living. The interiors reflects owner origins and taste for details and materials, while the exteriors refurbishment preserve and enhance early 20^th century features. The project includes the landscaping and the total renovation of an existing greenhouse for guest accommodation and SPA facilities.
