The design brief asked for a business-oriented five star hotel for the growing international community as Addis Ababa is set to become a reference for the entire region.

The project sits on a plot of 4,500 sqm and consists in two buildings, one for the hotel spa and a convention center and one for the hotel itself including all hotel amenities and an overall number of 180 keys.

The task of the project was to study the feasibility of a five stars business hotel for the Ethiopian Capital and MHZ proposal included architectural and interior design concepts and layouts.
